We continue to serve many rural communities by creating solutions for their water and waste water management. We have done this by providing SCADA (Supervisory Control And Data Acquisition) systems that can be easily used to monitor and control complex operations that are mostly taken for granted.
We provide support to many diverse manufacturing facilities including, Oldcastle Infrastructure's concrete pipe plant and Paragon Medical. We have also implemented electrical design, programming, and commissioning for multiple projects with Autoliv, IFA, and other industries.
We continue to provide support for Kilgore Companies' asphalt plant. Our programming and electrical design keep them running efficiently. We make it easy for them to monitor their process and equipment with an effective HMI (Human-Machine Interface).
We continue to help the City of St. George upgrade their waste water treatment plant in southern Utah. We control the flow of this 50 million gallon per day facility and monitor each step from start to finish.
We worked with Samsara to install 18 control stations. Each station shows the water operators exactly what is going on with their system. It also allows them to control each site remotely from any phone or laptop that is connected to the internet.
For Washington County Water Conservancy's Quail Creek Water Treatment plant we upgraded the main filter building from outdated, unsupported equipment to the newest version. During this upgrade the main PLC was replaced along with over 900 data points. We also converted the original program from the old software to the newest software version
